The Warren Caravan Park is proudly run by Nick and Hazel Gardner, representing the third generation of our family to own and operate the park. Located in the heart of Brean on the beautiful Somerset coast, they offer a peaceful, well‑maintained, and private setting for holiday home owners.

Their aim has always been to provide a high standard of surroundings where owners can relax and enjoy their time away. Each pitch is thoughtfully positioned among mature trees and natural, gently undulating landscape, giving every caravan its own character and outlook.

Just a short walk from Brean’s main facilities and attractions, they offer private access to the beach for added convenience. For those travelling by electric vehicle, they now have two charging points available in our front car park.

The park features 77 static pitches and is open from mid‑March until the end of October each year.
