- At the first roundabout, take the second exit to Beaminster.
- Follow this road until you see a car dealership
- At the dealership, turn right into St Andrews Industrial Estate
- Surf Bay Leisure is located at the bottom of the Industrial Estate on the left.

Our Somerset Sales Centre is ideally situated right in the heart of 'holiday park land' along Warren Road in Brean making us easy to find. Our centrally located Sales Centre offers plenty of parking, refreshments and a great selection of new holiday homes from some of your favourite manufacturers.
