Our Somerset Sales Centre is ideally situated right in the heart of 'holiday park land' along Warren Road in Brean making us easy to find. Our centrally located Sales Centre offers plenty of parking, refreshments and a great selection of new holiday homes from some of your favourite manufacturers.

Our Somerset Sales Centre is open Monday - Saturday, with our experienced Sales Team always on hand to offer you expert advice on holiday home ownership.

Directions
From Junction 22 of the M5
- Depart M5 from junction 22 taking South exit towards Burnham on Sea on the A38.
- Continue over the next roundabout with superstore on left (second exit).
- At next mini roundabout with garage immediately in front, take the second exit.
- Continue on this road following brown tourist signs for Brean Holiday Park, bringing you into Brean on the main road.
- On Warren Road, Surf Bay Leisure is approximately 2 miles along on the right hand side.
