From Junction 22 of the M5
- Depart M5 from junction 22 taking South exit towards Burnham on Sea on the A38.
- Continue over the next roundabout with superstore on left (second exit).
- At next mini roundabout with garage immediately in front, take the second exit.
- Continue on this road following brown tourist signs for Brean Holiday Park, bringing you into Brean on the main road.
- On Warren Road, Surf Bay Leisure is approximately 2 miles along on the right hand side.

Our Head office is situated in Winkleigh in Devon on land that formed the Old Airfield. This has proved to be the perfect location to be able to display over 100 static caravans from some of the leading manufacturers all in one place!

Our Dorset Sales Centre is ideally situated on the St Andrews Industrial Estate in Bridport. We always have a wide range of new holiday homes on display from some of the industry's leading manufacturers- ABI, Swift and Atlas.
