Colyford is a medium sized village around half a mile from the small town of Colyton and sits on the main A3052 with the Seaton to Colyton tramline running through the village. There is a strong sense of community here with many events run by the local residents staged during the year. The village sits between Sidmouth and Lyme Regis with the Jurassic coast nearby. Seaton is just one and a half miles to the south and sits on the coast with a mile long beach that is ideal for swimming and paddle boarding.
