Large feature windows flood each space with natural light, including the unique bi-fold dining window, which opens wide to create a seamless flow between indoors and out. 

The Franklin's lounge is a warm and inviting space with angled statement windows that fram uninterrupted views of the outdoors. The feature glass fire and TV media unit creates a cosy focal point, while the freestanding sofa and armchairs offer plenty of room for relaxing.

The Franklin features one of Victory's most impressive kitchens to date: bold, stylish and thoughtfully designed for real living. With integrated appliances, genrous storage, a 5-burner hob and modern finishing touches, it's a kitchen ready for everything.

The dining area is the standout moment, the bi-fold window opens the space to the outdoors, offering panoramic views and a true 'inside to outside' lifestyle. A storage bench and wooden dining chairs ensure comfort meets practicality.
