The traditional view of a static holiday home is that it was let during the summer months, possibly at the May bank holidays and if you were brave, the October half term and Easter breaks. Caravans have evolved so that they are now a virtual home from home and have all of the luxuries and comforts that a modern home should have.

In some cases, the standard features can actually make your static holiday home a little more luxurious. For example, wine coolers are not particularly common place in the average home but they can be found in many new static caravans. You may even be able to get your own hot tub installed on your terraced area, caravans with hot tubs are very popular if you are planning to sub let!
