Payroll Administrator- Part Time

Based at Surf Bay Leisure, Winkleigh

The post is part time working on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (15 hrs per week).

We are looking for an experienced payroll administrator to join our team. The successful candidate wil lbe motivated with a positive attitude, have strong communication skills, and will be able to work under pressure.  It would be advantageous to be proficient with Sage 50 payroll and have good IT skills. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and administering payroll for up to 90 employees
  • Sending payslips to employees
  • Creating reports through Sage Payroll 50
  • Process any SSP/SMP/SPP Holiday
  • Submit reports to HMRC
  • Deal with any queries from employees relating to the payroll
  • Post payroll transactions into Sage accounting system
  • Reconcile HMRC deductions & auto enrolments payments
  • Payroll year end
  • Process P11D’s/P45
  • Administer Pension (Auto enrolment)
  • Maintaining holiday records

 

Salary: - £17550 pro-rata
