We appreciate that buying a Caravan Holiday Home is a big investment and that is why we back our sales with exceptional customer service and support from our own Customer Care Department.

In the event of a problem with your Holiday Home, don't worry - we are here to help. We are insurer approved to carry out repairs and our road-based team of highly skilled engineers will visit your Holiday Home and provide a speedy resolution to the problem. We are registered with Gas Safe and can carry out safety checks, landlord certificates & replace appliances...plus as a company we belong to the British Holiday & Home Parks Association and National Caravan Council.

All Caravan Holiday Homes & luxury Lodges that are purchased through Surf Bay Leisure are covered by a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase.

(The cover will differ slightly between Caravan & Lodge and new & pre-owned).

Accessories

We are able to supply you with most maintenance parts that you may need. So if you think you may need handles, table tops, light shades & fittings, exterior panels, toilet pans & cisterns, oven shelving, plumbing parts and much much more please contact our Customer Care Department on 01837 680100
