Option 1 - Buying on a holiday park

STEP ONE – Choosing a Holiday Park in the South West can be so easy if you follow our Step by Step guide on our Find a Holiday Park page.  You need to decide on a holiday park first, as the park may specify a size (length or width) restriction depending on what pitches they have available at your time of looking.

STEP TWO - Once you've decided what holiday park in the South West you want to site your new static caravan on to enjoy holidays for many years to come whenever you want, now is the time to decide on the static caravan itself!  And what better way to finalise your decision than to view the caravan holiday home locally.

Surf Bay Leisure are proud to be able to offer New caravan holiday home & Timber Lodges from leading manufacturers ABI Caravans, Swift Leisure, Atlas Leisure Homes and Devon Pine Lodges at all three of our static caravan sales centres in Devon, Somerset & Dorset, covering the majority of Holiday Parks in the South West.

So, if there is a particular static caravan you want to view after looking through all the manufacturers brochures and attending all the region shows….or there is a specific size you are allowed for your chosen pitch on the holiday park, why not visit one of our three regional static caravans sales centres to view the static caravans in person.

You can either just turn up at our sales centres where we'll be happy to help, or ask your chosen Holiday Park to ring ahead for a VIP visit.  (As a VIP customer you will be provided with one on one advice from an experienced Sales Advisor and refreshments!)  Please note, that if the caravan holiday home you want to view is listed as being on a holiday park in the South West, please call our head office on 01837 680100, in order that arrangements can be made with the park for you to view.

STEP THREE – Surf Bay Leisure or your chosen park will arrange all the Transportation, Siting & Connection of your Holiday Home, ready for you to just turn up and enjoy your holiday!

On Display at Parks in the South West

Option 2 - Buying for use on your own private land

If you’d like to purchase a New Static Caravan for use on your own private land, the process is the same as purchasing a used static caravan and should you require advice on obtaining Planning Permissions and usage for a Caravan Holiday Home or Lodge on your own land, we have appointed Ian Hutchings, an Independent Advisor to work along side us, who you may wish to contact on 01626 890694. Ian has previous experience with the planning department and may be able to assist you with obtaining planning permission and any queries, particularly where you already have temporary accommodation on your land.
