5 easy steps to buying your first caravan holiday home

1) Choose a region/area

2) Choose your park - Surf Bay Leisure representatives have visited all the parks on our comprehensive lists and our Sales Advisors will enjoy guiding you to parks that suit your needs. We recommend that you also visit the parks to meet the management teams.

3) Choose your pitch - when choosing a pitch, be sure to confirm the following with the park:
      •  Site Rental / Annual Costs
      •  Pitch size restrictions
      •  Caravan specification restrictions
      •  License Agreement and Site Rules
      •  Park Opening and Facilities
      •  Subletting and Selling
      •  Total price (including Siting, Connection and Delivery)

4) Choose you Caravan - This is the most enjoyable part of the buying process. Armed with all your pitch and holiday park requirements you can now choose your caravan. Visit any of Surf Bay Leisure's regional Sales Centres for help and advice.

5) Place your order - Now that you have found the park and chosen your prefect Caravan, all you need to do is instruct your park to place the order. All payments to be made to the park, who will also arrange for delivery and connection.

Once paid for , you fully furnished Caravan Holiday Home will be ready for you to move in to and benefit from many years of enjoyable holidays.
