NEC SHOW...WHAT A WINNER

Visitor attendance over the first few days of the show was steady if not spectacular, primarily due to the fact that this year the event did not coincide with the half term holiday.

However, a strong weekend saw the numbers increase dramatically and we closed the show just over 1% down on last year with a pure visitor figure of 83,364 compared to 84,423 in 2009. With the 17,986 exhibiting staff and journalists, there were actually over 101,000 people at the show!

Next year the show returns to the half term holiday week and as a result, we anticipate a more even distribution of the audience across the six days.
